Inquiry into Fitness

Hello my name is Arjun and for my exhibition I chose fitness because I think that Fitness is very important in life.

My central idea is “lifestyle choices impact wellbeing”. My lines of Inquiry are:

1)Reasons for an unhealthy lifestyle

2)impact of food and fitness on health

                                      3)Actions for a healthy lifestyle

My transdisciplinary theme is Who We Are, An inquiry into the nature of the self; beliefs and values; personal, physical, mental, social and spiritual health; human relationships including families, friends, communities, and cultures; rights and responsibilities; what it means to be human. 

My concepts and Atl’s are: Social, Research, Thinking, Communication, Self- Management skills

Key concepts-Causation, Connection, Responsibility

My UN goal was no.3 which was good health and well- being. 

My research

When I was doing my research I learned a lot. I got a lot of information on my inquiry. I learned that all you need to do to have a healthy lifestyle is to sleep properly, eat healthy and exercise healthy. This was very interesting.

Future plans- I want to raise awareness by hosting a marathon and write an article for the newspaper.
