MYP1 to MYP3 Science Fair

Innovation was the theme of Science Fair 2023, held at Mahindra International School, and it was a resounding success. The event showcased the creative and scientific talents of the MIS MYP1-3 students, with 36 innovative projects on display.

The science fair was judged by a panel of experts, including parents, teachers, and academic leaders. They were impressed with the high quality of the projects and the enthusiasm shown by the students.
Projects that stood out were renewable energy solutions that utilized wind power and hydropower to generate electricity. The students behind the project conducted thorough research, built a small-scale wind turbine model, and demonstrated its effectiveness in generating electricity.
Another noteworthy project was a new type of biodegradable plastic made from natural materials. The students explained how traditional plastic is a major environmental problem and how their innovative solution could help reduce waste and pollution.

Several projects focused on technology, including a smart irrigation system that uses sensors to detect moisture levels. Another project showcased a new type of technology to grow plants in microgravity that helps our astronauts, making it ideal for their daily needs.

The science fair was a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their creativity and scientific knowledge. It was evident that a lot of hard work and dedication went into each project, and the results were awe-inspiring.
